Idyllic and quietly located, with a fantastic view of the impressive mountains of Sölden – that's our Söldenkogel apartment.
With around 220 m² of living space spread over three floors, it can accommodate 6 to 14 people and impresses with its spaciousness, a cosy farmhouse parlour with a tiled stove and a conservatory with a magnificent view of the Nederkogel.
The house is located in the tranquil district of Leite and is ideal for anyone seeking relaxation in the midst of nature.

Nederkogel Apartment
On the first floor is the approx. 45 m² apartment for 2–4 people, with its own entrance, east-facing balcony and small south-west-facing terrace.
Facilities: kitchen with seating area, living room/bedroom with TV, separate bedroom with double bed and TV, bathroom with shower/WC.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and fridge with freezer compartment.
