Söldenkogel apartment
With around 220 m² of living space spread over three floors, it can accommodate 6 to 14 people and offers plenty of space, a cosy farmhouse parlour with a tiled stove and a conservatory with a magnificent view of the Nederkogel. The house is located in the tranquil district of Leite and is ideal for anyone seeking relaxation in the midst of nature.

On the first floor is the approx. 45 m² apartment for 2–4 people, with its own entrance, east-facing balcony and small south-west terrace.
Facilities: kitchen with seating area, living room/bedroom with TV, separate bedroom with double bed and TV, bathroom with shower/WC. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and fridge with freezer compartment.

Into the valley, approx. 400m after the post office (just before the BP petrol station) turn right into exit H, uphill right exit H1 over the small bridge onto Panoramaweg then turn into Sonnleithenweg.
Check IN: from 16:00
Check OUT: until 09:00
The local tax is € 4.00 per person and day until 31 October 2025 and € 5.00 per person and day from 1 November 2025.
The deposit is € 450 and must be paid in cash.
The final cleaning fee is € 25 per person and stay.
- Up to 75 days before arrival: no cancellation fee
- 74 to 45 days before arrival: 40% of the agreed price
- 44 to 8 days before arrival: 75% of the agreed price
- From 7 days before arrival: 90% of the agreed price
- If the cancellation is made on the day of arrival and in the event of early departure, the total amount of the booking will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Cash payment or advance bank transfer - card payment is not possible.
