When you can cancel free of charge and what fees apply

We know that things don’t always go to plan. That’s why we’ve made our cancellation conditions as transparent as possible. The fees are adjusted fairly depending on when you cancel – so you can book your holiday with us with complete peace of mind.

Up to 75 days before arrival: no cancellation fee
74 to 45 days before arrival: 40% of the agreed price
44 to 8 days before arrival: 75% of the agreed price
From 7 days prior to arrival: 90% of the agreed price
If cancellation occurs on the day of arrival or in the event of early departure, the total amount of the booking will be charged as a cancellation fee.
